Residence Pure South
The common areas of the Pure South residence are managed by Duran Abogados.
Duran Abogados can be reached Mon-Thu 9am-5.30pm and Fri 9am-2.30pm on +34 952 060 698, or in urgent cases on +34 691 327 863 for a major problem in the apartment.
The following internal house rules apply in the common areas of the Pure South residence:
ITEMS SHOULD NOT BE LEFT IN ANY COMMUNAL AREAS.
These will be removed by the community staff. DO NOT LEAVE RUBBISH in the communal areas; please put this into the allocated rubbish bin.
Only small waste may be deposited in the bins in the common areas.
Household waste must be deposited in the municipal containers located along the street between the residence and the A7:
– BLUE : paper, cardboard
– GREEN : glass
– YELLOW : plastic, metal, beverage packaging
– BROWN/ORANGE : organic waste
– GREY : other household waste, pizza boxes
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY AREAS.
NO LAUNDRY IS TO BE HUNG over the glasses or walls of the balconies.
NOT TO MISUSE THE SAFETY FENCING AND ACCESS GATES.
This includes preventing the gate from closing, climbing over them, or anything that may endanger the security of the Residence.
NOT TO USE THE COMMUNITY PROPERTY IMPROPERLY.
The tenant shall pay the costs of any necessary repairs or replacements, of damage he causes.
ACCESS CONTROLS
Access controls must not be lent or given to other persons.
BEING A GOOD NEIGHBOUR
A. Persistent and excessive noise is considered anti-social and includes: playing loud music, noise caused by moving furniture and excessive noise that directly affects other residents.
B. Verbal or physical abuse towards a community resident or staff member will not be tolerated and will be considered anti-social.
BARBECUES ARE NOT PERMITTED
USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL IS ONLY PERMITTED DURING ESTABLISHED HOURS FROM 9.00 AM TO 9.00 PM.
Please note there are separate rules for the swimming pool clearly displayed at the pools.
SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED IN DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS.
Smoking is not allowed at the swimming pools.
The community may restrict access to certain facilities to those tenants who violate the rules.
